Though I never thought I'd enthusiastically utter the phrase, "Let's go to the sports bar and watch a game"…that is exactly the place where I may be tonight as the Steelers play their first game of the season, against the Miami Dolphins.
Despite a less-than-stellar pre-season and an "Oh Shit!" moment last week when QB Ben Rothlisberger went in for an emergency appendectomy which took him out of the starting line tonight, I'm still looking forward to throwing on the old t-shirt, grabbing my Terrible Towel, and cheering on my hometown boys.
NBC is televising the game at 8:30 pm, with the "special pre-game show" at 8 pm.
One more burning question for all the "Stiller" fans out there: anyone think that Big Ben had, erm, some "work" done when he was already under the knife for repairs from his recent motorcycle accident? I saw a photo of him on television when I was in PA last weekend, and he looked…different (in a good way.)
GO STILLERS!

Nice game by the Steel Curtain.

24-17 Dolphins. Sorry, Miami looks good this year.
