HAPPY 30th BIRTHDAY to The Polish Princess!

So many stories from our 10 (!) years of cocktailing, traveling, phone dating, and celebrating many, many occasions -- some actual, some made up to suit our fancy. I love that our friendship started as good, old fashioned pen pals. Amy is the reason I had courage to travel to Europe for the first time (and why I made it back State side, too, she did all the navigating!) We've basically talked once a week for the past seven years; she is a true Scorpio Sister.

As the queen bee of social coordination, I hope and expect her to have a grand dame of a time celebrating in Las Vegas with her hubby Mark (also born on 11/21, odd coincidence, no?) They're going to a taping of the Ellen show (The PP's fave,) even -- I hope she gets to do a birthday dance with Ms. DeGeneres herself!

Wayne Newton said it best when we were all in Las Vegas together last: "To life, love, health, and time to enjoy them all!"
